As previously mentioned this series is equipped with a Meade optical tubes, 2 refractors (127 and 150 mm) a newton (150 mm) 3 Schmidt-Newton (150 mm 200 mm and 250 mm) and SC (200 mm) . All these tubes are supported Optical Frame series of the same name, the LXD75.
The frame is this a good white color, while the electric motors for the movement of the axes, unlike the EQ6, are external and enclosed in plastic receptacles nera.Il tripod is made of steel, height adjustable from 74cm to 115 cm, good solid construction and quite comparable to the one supplied with the mount HEQ5.
